1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of berynqo.com by adult natural persons with capacity to contract. Berynqo S.A.S. ('Berynqo') operates as an informational platform related to Argentine real estate crowdlending and does not replace professional financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Scope of published information
Information about projects, timelines, conditions and projections published on the site is purely informational. It does not constitute a public offer under section 2 of Argentine Law 26,831 on Capital Markets, unless expressly stated and only where the corresponding authorisations from the CNV are in place.
3. Registrations and licences
Berynqo is registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under File No. 1,984,312 and operates under the Collective Financing Platform registration before the CNV (RGC 717/2017) No. 1247. The applicable legal jurisdiction is the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
4. Registration and account use
When we enable account creation, whoever registers must provide truthful and up-to-date information and will be responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Berynqo may suspend or close accounts when there are reasonable indications of fraudulent activity or breach of applicable rules, in particular Argentine Law 25,246 on Concealment and Laundering of Assets of Criminal Origin.
5. Risk and absence of guarantees
Every participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves risks. Outcomes depend on the evolution of each project, the Argentine macroeconomic context and external factors, are not guaranteed and could be affected by delays, cost increases, regulatory events or climate phenomena.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, brands, logos, images, site architecture and other content belong to Berynqo S.A.S. or are used under the corresponding licences. Any reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior written authorisation, under the terms of Argentine Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites for informational purposes. Berynqo is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and recommends reviewing their particular policies.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect operational or regulatory developments, by publishing the new version on this same site. Continued use of the site after those changes implies acceptance of the new wording.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy arising from their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply.
