Last updated: February 2, 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through berynqo.com is Berynqo S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789042-3, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1847, Floor 9, Office 902, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (C1045AAK), Argentine Republic. Our National Registry of Databases entry with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is No. 1,984,312/AAIP.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information necessary to handle enquiries and publish real estate crowdlending opportunities: name, email address and the message you write through our contact form. Additionally, and only with your prior active consent, we may use cookies and similar technologies described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes

We use your data to: (a) answer your queries, (b) send you information about published projects if you ask us to, (c) meet legal obligations before the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF), and (d) measure site performance through aggregated metrics. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent under section 5 of Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, as well as on our legitimate interest in maintaining the commercial relationship you initiated, and on legal obligations that apply to collective financing platforms (CNV General Resolutions 717/2017 and its amendments).

5. Retention

Data provided through the form is kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods for civil and commercial actions applicable in Argentina, or for the periods required by regulatory authorities (for example, UIF obligations).

6. ARCO rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection (ARCO) at any time by writing to privacy@berynqo.com. The AAIP, at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the supervisory body responsible for enforcing the rules in Argentina.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers used by Berynqo (for example cloud infrastructure and measurement services) may involve international transfers of data to countries with adequate protection levels or under standard contractual clauses, always respecting Resolution 60-E/2016 of the former National Directorate of Personal Data Protection.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, internal access controls, minimisation principles and periodic audits performed during fiscal year 2026.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our practices. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the last updated date.
